Article Submission Process

The Michigan Bar Journal accepts the following for publication: (1) general- interest articles, (2) theme issue articles, and (3) contributions to a column.

General-interest articles are considered for publication by the Journal's three-member article review committee. Theme issue articles must pertain to the specific theme topic and will be considered for publication by the issue editor. Click here for a list of future theme issues. Contributions to a column must pertain specifically to the column's topic. The column editor will then consider these for publication. All articles and columns must conform to the Michigan Bar Journal's guidelines:
